From a classroom in Jaisalmer to an ISO-certified IT house
1998
Foundation of CREADENT
The foundation of CREADENT was established with a primary focus on computer education. As time progressed we expanded our offerings to include sales and service of computers and peripherals in the Golden City of Rajasthan, Jaisalmer.
2003
IT solutions projects
As technology evolved we expanded our services to include advanced computer networking, PBX and Wi-Fi solutions, enabling us to meet our customers’ growing needs and deliver comprehensive IT solutions. With Jaisalmer a major tourist destination, we focused on and developed deep expertise in the hospitality sector.
2015
Expansion of business
Building on our trusted reputation we expanded with a new office in Jodhpur, securing orders from major hotel chains such as Radisson, Marriott and Novotel. We then extended our services to corporate sectors across Rajasthan and beyond, well positioned to support a diverse range of businesses throughout India and internationally.
2018
Security solutions
Our company evolved from a small computer education service into a leading provider of network solutions. We now offer a comprehensive range of cybersecurity services, including EDR, XDR, MDR, NDR and email security. We are dedicated to protecting and empowering your business.

Software products
We are dedicated to crafting innovative custom software that integrates seamlessly with hardware devices. This is where OFFICE MANAGER was introduced: a comprehensive solution for businesses of all sizes, designed to meet specific needs and streamline operations.

Our organisation became ISO 9001:2015 certified, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality IT solutions and services.
